Attorney E. Michael Grossman

For the past two decades, personal injury and wrongful death lawyer E. Michael Grossman has helped victims of construction accidents and workplace accidents pursue justice for their injury or loss. With 20 years of experience in construction accident cases, Mr. Grossman understands the many legal issues often involved in workplace accidents, like workers comp insurance and the legal rights of contractors. Through this site, we work to bring attention to the ways in which construction accidents occur and the legal options an aggrieved party may have in light of such injury accidents or fatal accidents.

Mr. Grossman founded Grossman Law Offices, PC in 1991, after having worked as an attorney at one of Texas' largest law firms. After obtaining valuable experience from that firm, his desire to provide personal care to clients led to the founding of his own law firm. In working on both personal injury and wrongful death cases for the last two decades, Mr. Grossman possesses a broad understanding of the ways in which these laws work in regards to construction accidents.

After receiving a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Alabama, Mr. Grossman attended the Baylor University School of Law, where he earned a Doctorate of Jurisprudence. While earning his undergraduate degree, Mr. Grossman also played collegiate tennis.

When not thinking about or working on a current case, or spending time with his wife, and their two daughters, Mr. Grossman can often be found discussing almost any sport, or playing tennis with his father, attorney Rene Grossman. The two of them comprise a father and son tennis team that holds a national ranking.

Mr. Grossman has had the privilege to help many victims, and family members of victims, of construction site accidents over the last 20 years so that they can seek justice for their injury or loss due to the negligence of another person or entity.
